Ayanda Mabaso offers marketing consulting, business strategy sessions, keynote speaking engagements, and digital products. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are described on the relevant service page or in a written quote you receive before booking.
2. Booking and Cancellation
Bookings are confirmed once payment has been received. Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms are placeholder pending Ayanda's confirmation and will be finalised before launch. Please contact us before your scheduled session if you need to reschedule.
3. Payment Terms
Payments are processed securely through PayFast. All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. We do not store your card details. By completing a payment you agree to PayFast's terms.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including text, images, videos, frameworks, and downloadable resources — is the intellectual property of Ayanda Mabaso unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercialise this content without prior written permission.
5. Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided in good faith and based on the information you share with us. We make no guarantees of specific business outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the services is limited to the fees you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
